In this episode I'm sharing with you the clarity I gained during a journal session I had where I asked myself why I was clinging so tightly to the dream that Ive been manifesting for a long time now, knowing that according to the laws of the universe the key is to DETACH from the outcome in order to allow it in to our reality. Easier said than done, right?? That's how I've felt about this for a long time which is probably the reason why it's taken me such a long time to manifest it!

During this particular journaling session I uncovered the reasons why I have been struggling with detachment and what I need to do and REMEMBER going forward to help me move towards my desired life with more EASE. It was also while I was journaling that I received the download to start this brand new podcast and how to do it in a way that feels so aligned, easy and fun!
