She and a consenting volunteer undergo her integration of somatic work, intuitive facilitation, and therapeutic process of a full mind, body, emotional approach. This includes a clip from Carl Jung on narcissists and empaths, as well as the path to healthy individuation and wholeness. Amanda leads breathwork and emotional release exercises through her guidance and emphasis on connecting to one's own inner knowing, as each person is their own expert. Amanda combines intuition, her years of education, and own personal growth to foster connection, presence, and insights/breakthroughs. You get an exclusive look at what working with her really is like as well as the power of group/community. The discussion culminates reflections on vulnerability and the integration of insights for future growth. Every one has their own unique talents, skills, and abilities...though many are blocked and need a sense of safety, connection, and presence to uncover them.

Disclaimer: Amanda is not conducting traditional therapy under her license in this session. This is a sneak peak at Amanda's LITE COHORT: Awakening your Authentic Power which is a group/community that offers volunteer hot seat "therapy." The word therapy here is subjective, to mean "healing a mental health disorder," though Amanda has not formally diagnosed any mental health conditions within this group nor with the volunteer. Amanda is focused on creating "order" as a person is experiencing "dis-order" per their verbal report. This is an integrative experience of somatic, intuition, intellect, emotive, all in one...for wholeness. To bring into harmony. Volunteer has given permission for this to be aired.
