      <description><![CDATA[<p>⚠️ “See the light, or else you will feel the heat.” </p><p>That is how the Commissioner for Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Silas Sng, underscores the importance of taking WSH seriously. </p><p>In this special 𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸: 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗦𝗛 episode, we speak with the Commissioner to reflect on key WSH developments in 2025, and what they mean for companies and workers as we move through 2026. </p><p>Singapore recorded a workplace fatality rate of 0.96 per 100,000 workers in 2025; its lowest on record (excluding the COVID-19 year), alongside an all-time low major injury rate.
