How do you prepare a sermon that is grounded in Scripture while remaining sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit?

In this episode of the Word and Spirit Podcast, Pastor Jeff Tolle sits down with Pastor Marcus Robinson to talk about the process of Pentecostal sermon preparation. They discuss the importance of prayer, spending time in God’s presence, meditating on Scripture throughout the week, and seeking a fresh word from the Lord.

Marcus also shares how Bible study tools, research, and asking honest questions can help deepen our understanding of Scripture and strengthen our preaching.

This conversation offers practical encouragement for pastors, preachers, and ministry leaders who want to prepare both their message and their heart for Spirit-led ministry.
