Wisdom Notebook is a podcast about seeking biblical wisdom and learning to live it out.

Each day, we begin in the book of Proverbs—reading Scripture and reflecting on one truth worth carrying with us. Along the way, we’ll go deeper, studying other books of the Bible and learning from the lives, sermons, letters, books, and writings of Christians who have gone before us—from the Apostles, Charles Spurgeon, C.S. Lewis, Billy Graham, and many others.

We aren't looking for heroes to imitate or human wisdom to accept without question. We’re searching for what is true, testing what we learn against Scripture, and asking what it means for the way we follow Christ today.

Open your Bible. Grab a notebook. And join a community of Wisdom Seekers learning together from Scripture and from those who have gone before us.

Seek wisdom. Write it down. Live it out.

What is Wisdom Notebook—and what are we going to do here?

In this introductory episode, Orlando Buck shares the idea behind Wisdom Notebook: a daily pursuit of biblical wisdom rooted first in God's Word.

Beginning October 1, we'll open the book of Proverbs together each day—reading Scripture, asking questions, making connections, and looking for something worth remembering and living out.

From time to time, we'll also go deeper, studying other books and passages of the Bible and learning from the lives, sermons, letters, biographies, and writings of Christians who have gone before us—including Charles Spurgeon, C.S. Lewis, Augustine, Billy Graham, Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Corrie ten Boom, George Müller, and many others.

But none of them gets the final word. God's Word does.

If you're joining us on this journey, you're already part of a community we call the Wisdom Seekers.

Visit WisdomNotebook.com to join the free weekly Wisdom Seekers email and receive your free 31-Day Proverbs Notebook.

Seek wisdom.
