Wired Different: A Calibrated Kids Show is an ABA-informed animated series for children ages 3 to 9, created by Angela R. Strong of Calibrated Resilience. Five kids, Nora, Amara, Theo, Marco, and Lily, each have a different brain, a different way of learning, and a different way of being in the world. Every episode follows one or more of the crew through a real challenge rooted in their neurodivergent experience: sensory overload, impulse regulation, identity, shutdown, twice-exceptional giftedness, and more. No child is asked to act more neurotypical. Every resolution comes from naming what they need, asking for what they need, or finding the space where they can be exactly who they are.

Each episode is accompanied by a free Parent Calibration Guide that explains the ABA principle addressed in the story in plain language, without clinical jargon. Wired Different is for neurodivergent kids, their siblings, their caregivers, and every educator who has ever believed a child was a behavior problem when they were actually just wired differently.

Produced by Calibrated Resilience LLC.
