    <description><![CDATA[<p>From training new entrants in the marketing communications industry, to mentoring and speaking at events and universities, Ẹnitan in 2020 at the peak of the COVID-19 lockdown, kick started an initiative called WIMConnect to help and support young women in Marketing Communications.</p><p>The close knit community presented a safe virtual space for young Nigerian women between the ages of 21-35 to share and get support on the many challenges faced in the workplace during the pandemic.</p><p>The community has since grown to cater to all women in corporate and has gone on to include this podcast.</p>]]></description>
