    <description><![CDATA[<p>Hello Everybody and welcome to What's Up Roxbury, a podcast for our local community of Roxbury, NY.  </p><p>The Catskills are once again going through a renaissance and that can have both a positive and negative effect. </p><p>New businesses are cropping up to serve residents but some changes can be disruptive to our long term neighbors.  </p><p>This podcast aims to give voice to local community members, both new and long term to help bridge differences, get a better understanding and help each other thrive in this place we call home.  </p><p>We aim to discuss local issues, preserve stories, attract a variety of viewpoints and create an outlet for our shared experiences.   </p><p>Let's see where we can take this experiment and thank you for tuning in.  </p><p>Allan Aujero</p>]]></description>
