  • Sigrid first came to Claremont at Easter in 1979 (not in 1978) and then after her A-level ( in Germany: Abitur) exams. This was when she started her “gap year” in July 1979 as the “cook”.
  • Sigrid's friend who was born in 1897 was 82 when Sigrid met her, not 80 as she said in the podcast.
