Unleash & Align is a space for women who are done living for approval and ready to come back to themselves.

In this podcast, we talk about self-trust, boundaries, emotional healing, and what it really takes to stop being the “good girl” and start living self-led.

Through personal stories, reflections, and grounded conversations, I share my journey — and invite you into yours. This isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about rebuilding self-trust and remembering who you are beneath the conditioning.

If you feel the pull toward more, but also the fear of choosing yourself, you’re in the right place.

In this episode, I reflect on a week that brought up more than I expected.

After sharing something online that reached more people than usual, I found myself navigating a new level of visibility — and with that, a lot of internal shifts. Old fears came up, especially around being seen, being misunderstood, and how quickly the mind can go into wanting to shrink or hold back.

But instead of going back into old patterns, I chose to move through it.

We talk about the fear of judgment, why you’ll never be able to control how others perceive you, and what it really looks like to stay grounded in yourself when things feel uncomfortable.

I also share the unexpected beauty that came from this experience — the connections, new opportunities, and how it all led into one of the most meaningful birthdays I’ve had in years.

This episode is a reminder that growth doesn’t always come in the way we expect… but it always shows us where we’re ready to expand.

Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelle.juric/

In this episode, I reflect on the past five months since leaving my life in Australia and starting over in Croatia. It hasn’t been the easiest path, and there were moments where people around me doubted whether it would work. But sometimes the most important thing you can do is trust the voice inside of you, even when others don’t understand your vision yet.

I also open up about a powerful realization I had about my parents. For a long time I carried certain expectations and emotions, until I understood that our parents did the best they could with the tools and awareness they had at the time. When we start taking responsibility for our own healing, the relationship we have with them can completely shift.

This episode is about self-trust, letting go of other people’s fears, and realizing that the real work begins when we decide to heal ourselves.

Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelle.juric/

In this episode, I share what happens when you stop striving for perfection and allow yourself to create from flow instead. We explore how perfectionism disconnects us from our bodies, our truth, and our natural expression — and what becomes possible when you soften control and trust what wants to move through you. This is a reminder that your most powerful work doesn’t come from trying harder, but from being more present.

Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelle.juric/

In this episode of the Unleash & Align Podcast, I sit down with my dear friend Madi for a deep and honest conversation about relationships and self-connection. We explore how our relationship with our body and intuition shapes the decisions we make, and how subconscious patterns and generational trauma can influence the way we show up in love.

Together, we reflect on the role of body awareness in recognizing alignment, safety, and truth within relationships. We also open up a space for self-inquiry around how we know when a relationship has truly served its purpose — and what it means to choose ourselves with clarity and self-trust.
