Harry has been on the podcast before in our youtube series. What a transformation since then. He had 1 client back then with little PT experience. Since then transforming into a full time PT with a training philosophy that he is able to adapt and get results for all of his clients.

Since then he has had his debut for first grade rugby at Eastwood and is looking to progress this over the next few years. Where will this take him? He lives by NGU mentality (Never give up) while playing rugby. As long as you can get up more times than they knock you down then you will win.

He has big plans for rugby and big plans for PT. He loves to chat which is very apparent in this episode. Head over to the youtube to see the comparison podcast.
