She has been involved with Youth Work Ireland for a number of years, with both Comhairle na nÓg and Youth Work Ireland Midlands. In January 2018 she joined Youth Work Ireland's National Youth Action Group (NYAG) and become involved in various projects including the 5 Nations Brexit Symposium in Killarney, BIPA (British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly), the Equality Crew and Sex Talk Team. Deborah has represented Youth Work Ireland in national media campaigns including radio chats, an op-Ed in the Irish times and speaking about reforming sex ed at the NCCA consultations. She is a regular guest on Newstalk and also has been involved at a European level with the <a href="https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/giveavote/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">#GiveAVote</a> campaign spearheaded by EYCA across 13 EU countries, in collaboration with the European Parliament! She studies law and society in DCU and has the most lovely personality to match.</p>]]></description>
