A little about The Tough Enough Movement is that we want to show people that they are tough enough. Tough enough to talk about things and open up. Tough enough to hold onto the people and things they love. Tough enough to let go of their past- wrong things that have happened to them or wrong things they have done. Tough enough to be there for others. Tough enough to fight through. Just tough enough. We want to be here to show people that no matter what is going on in their life there is a way out. Our goal is to be a resource to people. Hopefully with time we will be able to connect them to the help they need, by exploring resources to make them more available and known to them. We want to show people better coping mechanisms to help life situations.

The podcast will be an interview style. We will bring people on to get to know them. Do a quick synopsis of their life (where they are from, what they do for a living, big events in their life). Then go into the reason we brought them onto the podcast which will always vary. We are going to be interviewing multiple types of people.

- People who have gone through struggles. Whether those struggles are depression, addictions, dark pasts, loss of someone and anything else in-between. We will talk about what they have been through, their coping mechanisms (good and bad), turning points in their life etc.

-People who have chosen careers to help people. Therapists, teachers, doctors, authors and many others. Discussing what happened in their life that led them to helping.

-People who have started business to help. Non-profit organizations, counseling centers, addictive facilities, suicide prevention. Going over what their programs offer, why they started it, and how to contact them.

- Business owners who are out there to help. Whether they do things to help the community, provide healthy coping mechanisms, or are just a resource for people. We will try to see what makes them want to provide help.

Hopefully through listening to the episodes people will see they are tough enough!!! We want to show people that everyone has a past, everyone has struggles, everyone has a different path to follow but everyone also has a reason they are where they are. So please join us in this movement by listening, sharing, and liking what we do. Thanks for any support you give!
