You see the title! The courtroom is back and with a great question per usual! The Jacksonville Jaguars have really turned everything around. After a disappointing season last year, they have come back with a great start to this season. They are looking good... well almost too good so the question needs to be asked: "Are they really a top 10 team in the NFL right now?".

CBS Sports & other sites believe so since their take on the NFL power rankings places the Jags at 9. Some other sites have the Jags cracking the top 10 as well.

In the eyes of @toughguypj Kirk Cousins has been disrespected 1 too many times and he wants to bring people like @brandonsechan4 to court expeditiously. Kirk had a great opening week in the Vikings week 1 win against the Green Bay Packers. Week 2 was a very bad loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Things happen, but Paul wants the world to know that without a doubt Kirk should be considered a top 10 quarterback in the NFL.

Brandon says no to Kirk being on that list.

Our season 1 tournament is really in full stride as we get to our semi-final round. This topic is pretty interesting because there are people who don't believe that players can be "clutch". Shannon is one of those people and he makes a pretty interesting case as to why. Makel is a fresh new face who had a bye during week 1 and is defending that there such thing as a "clutch" player.

This is an exciting debate and seems to be one to make people ask the question, is there such thing as being a "Clutch" player?
