I am a creator, a mother, an encourager, a founder, a risk taker, a lunch maker, a list maker, a day maker, and a trouble maker. When I was a kid, my mother coined the term Reckless Optimist because if you put me in a helmet, I would do just about anything. Not a lot has changed, except my insurance premiums and my tenacity for creating a big impact with this one shot at life.

And I love talking to other Reckless Optimists-- be it entrepreneurs, artists, founders, athletes, teachers, comedians, lawyers, and other professionals about their stories of reckless optimism. More specifically, I want to deep dive into moments of failure or shortcomings to get to the stories of success and perseverance. Because that's where the good stuff comes in.
