Here, I share the real and the raw: the lessons I’ve learned, the synchronicities I’ve experienced, and the ways Spirit, energy, and love have guided me through. From my years in nursing to my work as an energy healer, from encounters with the unseen to the deep connection between body, mind, and soul—this is a space where nothing is too “out there” to talk about.
