Mael is a freelance translator, copywriter and marketing coach.   He translates from English and Italian to French and specialises in marketing and tourism.

Besides translation, he diversified his business and became a marketing coach and business developer ; he regularly collaborates with LSP.expert and Sara Freitas and help his fellow translators acquire more customers and define efficient marketing strategies that match their personality.  

He teaches networking at ISIT and translation at UB and is regularly invited to translation events to talk about customer relationship.

She specializes in audiovisual translation and marketing translation and over the years Rita has worked on many interesting subtitling projects commissioned by many high-profile clients with a strong presence in television, in DVD and, more recently, in streaming.

Since 2014, she has worked as a translator trainer and lecturer.

They were looking for someone to be an interpreter among all sorts of other things - Booking hotels, booking restaurants, planning events...

One of my most important jobs was to be a mediator between both owners of the company because they did not speak each other's language! I was always running around and traveling a lot, but I got to meet interesting people who have been in show business for a long time.

I ended up spending a lot of time with the artists because I would be the one picking them up from the airport and, in most cases, it was their first time in Portugal ( I had to do a little bit of tour guiding too).

It was nice with Joe Cocker, Joaquín Cortés, Alcione, Ney Mato Grosso... just to name a few.

They were part of the first season, my first month or two of learning how to be a podcaster. They're very relevant in the way that things ended up unfolding - they helped me a lot and they were very nice and generous. So, I thought it was going to be great to bring Kelsey, Suzie, and Jane back to check in with them see what happened during this year and they accepted to be here with me once again.

This is the last job that I had while I was still in college.

The Science Academy of Lison was only able to release a full Dictionary by the year 2001.

There had been attempts since the 18th Century but there was always something that prevented the work to progress.

This gave me the chance to be a part of this project!

I was responsible for the examples for each entry word - real life examples - books, newspapers...
