In our very special 3rd episode we are joined by the whole team of The Eco Larder. Our lovely store manager Romaine joins us to talk about the Great British Beach Clean of 2019. We teamed up with the Marine Conservation Society in September for this UK wide beach clean which had an incredible turn-out. Romaine talks about the wonderful work the Marine Conservation Society is doing & how we are helping them to rid our beaches of plastic.

In the Matt & Steph Diaries we talk about the fitness journey we are on with Explore More Mum & Edinburgh Barre.

We have the lovely ladies Dr. Stephanie Terreni Brown & Caroline Duncan from Clean Water Wave as our guest speakers for this episode.

Tune in to hear Stephanie & Caroline speak about what we can do to limit our impact on our oceans. They give 3 natural & ocean safe alternatives that we can switch to & they name the 3 chemicals that we should be completely avoiding in our daily life to reduce the impact on our environment, particularly our oceans.
