We teamed up with the Marine Conservation Society in September for this UK wide beach clean which had an incredible turn-out. Romaine talks about the wonderful work the Marine Conservation Society is doing &amp; how we are helping them to rid our beaches of plastic. </p> <p>In the Matt &amp; Steph Diaries we talk about the fitness journey we are on with Explore More Mum &amp; Edinburgh Barre. </p> <p>We have the lovely ladies Dr. Stephanie Terreni Brown &amp; Caroline Duncan from Clean Water Wave as our guest speakers for this episode. </p> <p>Tune in to hear Stephanie &amp; Caroline speak about what we can do to limit our impact on our oceans.
