In this episode, I sit down with the brilliant and unapologetically funny Fatiha El Ghorri—an award‑winning British Moroccan comedian, writer, and all‑around powerhouse. Fatiha has appeared on shows such as Taskmaster (Series 19), Live at the Apollo, and The Russell Howard Hour, and she is also the proud winner of the Leicester Comedy Festival Best Debut Show Award.

We talk about the tricks and tips of becoming a successful stand‑up comedian, growing up in the diaspora, and her creative journey—including the making of her short film Donkey, which was featured on the BBC as a potential series in development, as well as her upcoming book The Perks of Wearing a Hijab.
