A podcast by Care Pathway –

The People’s Healthcast is born out of my deep passion for all things public health and a firm belief that the most meaningful change happens when we centre the voices of those with lived experience.

Through my work in Public Health - research, education, service user and carer involvement, I have seen how real insight and innovation in health and social care come not just from policy—but from people. That’s why I created The People’s Healthcast—a free podcast series hosted on my website - Care Pathway to amplify the voices of those who live it, lead it, and challenge it every single day.

In each episode, I am joined by remarkable guests—community leaders, frontline practitioners, service providers, researchers, service users, carers, and public health champions—who are shaping the future of care with courage, creativity, and compassion. Together, we explore the big issues and bold ideas that are driving transformation: from tackling health inequalities and various health and social care challenges in marginalised communities, to co-designing care with service users, to grassroots leadership.

This podcast is more than just conversation—it's a platform for connection, collaboration, and impact. Because when people are truly heard, public health can truly work.
