Welcome to The Luteal Phase!- where we're all hormonal, healing, and probably need to drink some fucking water.

Nothing is off limits here. Some episodes will be heartfelt and happy, some episodes will be heavy. Some episodes will be planned and have a topic (.....kinda), some will just be me getting on to cry with you. Sometimes we might laugh until we pee, because our pelvic floors aren't 22 anymore, you know what I mean??

When you're in it, your Luteal Phase makes you feel like a completely different person- which I didn't even know was "normal" until my 30s. I think a lot of us don't understand how much our hormones influence our day-to-day life, and that you're NOT crazy!

So I'm here to talk all things hormones, motherhood (or fatherhood!), the divine feminine, kids, family, and all that's in between. Everyone is welcome here, especially my women and moms.

Come for the emotional support, stay for the snacks. (No, not the ones in your purse).

This is The Luteal Phase!

Welcome to the cozy little corner of the podcast world where we talk about the parts of being a woman that don’t always fit into the pretty little box we love to show on social media.

I’m Shelby! And I want this podcast to feel like your girls’ night, group chat, and unhinged conversations all rolled into one. We’re talking hormones, fertility, motherhood, relationships, healing, family life, spirituality, witchy things, and all the beautiful and messy experiences that come with being in this female meat suit.

There will be lots of TMI, oversharing, crying, laughing and, "I don't fucking know", moments. Most importantly, I want this to be a place where we can be honest, learn from each other, and remember that we’re never as alone as we think we are.

So grab yummy drink, get in your comfies, and come hang out with me. 🌙

I want to read YOUR stories! Email me at inmyluteal@gmail.com.

Or if you have a small business that needs a SO, Email me the info and lets talk about it ✨️

Welcome to The Luteal Phase. I’m so glad you’re here 🫶🏼
