“The Life of a Multifacet” is a raw, reflective podcast about evolving in real time, owning the multiple layers of who you are, and refusing to be boxed into one lane. I speak on confidence, healing, faith, discipline, dating, appearance, ambition, solitude, creative passions, personal growth, and the hard truths that shape you when life forces you to evolve. This is not about pretending to have it all together. It’s about trusting God, facing discomfort head-on, refusing to shrink for anyone, and becoming more solid, more honest, and more yourself without folding to the pressure around you.

This episode is about the mindset that helped me break beyond a small-town environment and start seeing life on a bigger scale. I reflect on growing up in Richmond, Kentucky, and how even in a place that could feel limited at times, there were still early signs that something bigger was possible for my life.

From academic programs and debate clubs to scholarships, leadership opportunities, and my first time visiting an HBCU, I talk about the moments that stretched my thinking long before I ever made a major move. I also speak on Black excellence, exposure, discomfort, and how my college experience at the University of Louisville helped prepare me to want more, see more, and believe in more for myself. This is a real conversation about ambition, environment, identity, and the early experiences that pushed me toward becoming the version of myself I was always meant to grow into.

This episode isn’t about content. It’s about life.

I talk about learning your life target audience. The people who genuinely vibe with you, grow with you, and understand your character across different seasons. Not just when you’re polished, disciplined, or doing what looks good on the outside.

I get into how telling your story and showing up authentically is what reveals who’s really meant to be around you. Whether it’s faith, weight, habits, language, or lifestyle, I talk about how people love to reduce others to one trait or one moment, while ignoring the full picture.

Just because you curse doesn’t mean you’re not spiritually grounded. Just because someone goes to church doesn’t mean they’re more aligned. Just because someone slips up doesn’t mean they’re lost. Life isn’t that simple.

The people who truly rock with you don’t need you to perform or explain yourself constantly. They may disagree with you, but they won’t try to shrink you, control you, or make you feel out of character for being human. They allow you to show up as you are.

This episode is about recognizing who really sees you, and letting the rest fall where it falls.

<itunes:title>Limitations Are For MF Losers - Episode Fifty-One</itunes:title>

This episode is blunt because it needs to be.

I talk about how much I hate feeling limited and how I really don’t tolerate people trying to project their limits onto me. I’ve always been someone who can show up for other people, support their ideas, respect their vision, and let them expand however they want. No judgment. No box.

But for some reason, that energy isn’t always returned.

I get into how people will quietly try to shrink you, redirect you, or make you feel like you’re doing too much when really you’re just moving outside the range of what they’re comfortable with. A lot of the time, it’s not about you at all. It’s about their own ceilings.

This episode is about protecting your sense of expansion. About recognizing when someone’s advice, concern, or perspective is really just a limitation in disguise. And about standing firm in the fact that you don’t owe anyone a smaller version of yourself to make them feel safe.

If you’ve ever felt boxed in by other people’s comfort levels, this one’s for you.

      <itunes:title>You Can't Advise A Life You've Never Lived - Episode Fifty</itunes:title>

This marks 50 episodes, and this one felt like the right moment to pause and actually look back.

I talk about starting this podcast over a year ago with no blueprint, just a need to speak honestly and grow in public. A lot of what I share comes from my own life, my mistakes, my patterns, and the things I’ve learned by actually putting myself out there.

One thing I’ve realized is how often people advise on situations they’ve never tried. They’ll take one life experience and try to apply it to everything, but when you really break it down, a lot of it doesn’t add up. Especially when that advice comes from people who’ve stopped challenging themselves.

There comes a point where age, titles, or opinions don’t automatically mean wisdom. Not if someone isn’t still stepping outside their comfort zone.

I also get into the pressure we put on ourselves to always feel like we’re doing enough. How slipping up in one area doesn’t erase progress in another. Using examples like diet, discipline, and consistency, I talk about how falling back doesn’t mean falling off. For me, every reset usually leads to a higher level than before.

This episode is less about motivation and more about perspective. What growth actually looks like when you stay in the game long enough to learn yourself.

In this episode, I talk about what it really means to feel the love in the room and cherish the people around you. I reflect on how connection is not about where someone is in life on paper, but about the heart they bring and the way they show up. You can be ahead in every visible way and still miss genuine love. This conversation is about recognizing real energy, embracing the right people, and valuing presence over performance. Not everyone is meant to walk with you, but the ones who do should feel aligned and sincere.

      <itunes:title>Why I Started Thinking Bigger Than A Check Pt. 2 - Episode Forty-Seven</itunes:title>

In Part 2, I get more specific about how I’ve been approaching investing over time. I talk about starting small, learning margins and options at a basic level, and understanding that you don’t have to pour a lot of money into getting started. I’m honest about what I know and what I don’t. Crypto isn’t something I’m deep into, but I may put a few dollars in here and there while continuing to focus on the stock market.

This episode is really about slowing down. I reflect on how other people’s limitations and insecurities were projected onto me, and how that affected my pace early on. Over time, I’ve learned that investing isn’t about rushing or trying to impress anyone. It’s about consistency, patience, and protecting your future. I talk about why focusing on the long term matters more than chasing short-term wins, and why putting money into the markets with a five to ten-year mindset can change everything.

In this episode, I discuss how I first began thinking about investing and ownership. Not from a place of having money, but from wanting more and realizing there had to be a better way. I share how my mindset around Black ownership evolved over time, how I utilized YouTube to begin learning the basics of investing, and why starting small mattered more than trying to be perfect.

I reflect on working in college, doing manufacturing one summer, and earning commissions at Sprint. I talk about how taxes, withdrawals, and having to pay things back taught me discipline and forced me to save. Those experiences changed how I looked at money and pushed me toward the stock market in a more intentional way. This episode is about learning through experience, starting where you are, and building a foundation instead of chasing quick wins.

In Part 2, I go deeper into how stepping back from sex and relationships at different points in my life changed the way I viewed women, dating, and myself. I talk about periods where I chose not to be involved, not out of fear or lack of options, but because it wasn’t aligned with who I was becoming. That space allowed me to focus on myself, my discipline, and the things that actually mattered. I also speak honestly about intention, being clear whether something is just physical or something more, and recognizing that both men and women are not always honest about what they want. This episode is about self-control, clarity, and choosing growth over impulse.

<itunes:title>When Your Character Changes The Dynamic Pt.1 - Episode Forty-Four</itunes:title>

In Part 1, I talk about the pressure men can feel having to show up in certain ways because of women’s past experiences. I reflect on how the way I move, treat women, and show up has often been different from what they were used to, and how that difference can create new expectations I didn’t ask for. From dating experiences to conversations with friends who questioned how certain situations even happened, I break down how being intentional, respectful, and consistent can sometimes feel like both a blessing and a burden. This episode isn’t about blame. It’s about explaining the reality of navigating expectations you didn’t create, and what it feels like when your character shifts the dynamic.

In this episode, I reflect on a question that hit home: what’s something you’ve been able to do recently that once felt impossible? For me, it’s the discipline and consistency I’ve built with my weight loss this year. I talk about how locking in mentally changed everything and how structure replaced motivation, and consistency became my baseline. This one’s about recognizing growth in real time and understanding that sometimes the biggest wins don’t look flashy, they just feel different.

That moment made me start leaning into the things I actually enjoy, my food brand, vendor events, and creative hobbies that had been sitting on the back burner. What started as a setback turned into a chance to rebuild on my own terms.

I share how security work became more than a side gig. It opened my mind to new ways of thinking about business, freedom, and ownership. It made me start thinking broader about 1099 work, entrepreneurship, and the power of having multiple lanes that align with who I am. This season taught me that sometimes you lose something so you can create something that’s yours.

I talk about how I’ve been working on structuring everything I do from my tech goals to my food brands in a way that builds long-term stability and independence. This episode is about turning redirection into growth, embracing new lanes, and taking pride in becoming the kind of person who can create opportunities instead of waiting for them.

How has your experience been, and what did you learn from it? Losing weight isn't always easy, nor is keeping it off.

In this episode, I get real about the difference between clarity and closure. For a long time, I felt like I needed closure. Like somebody had to explain themselves or tie things up for me to move forward. But what I’ve learned is that closure comes in how people treat you, in the decisions they make, and in the situations that play out. That’s all the closure you really need. What I’ve actually been chasing is clarity. Trying to understand the “why,” trying to dig deeper into the lessons and into myself. I talk about leveling up through those moments, owning my own wrongdoings, and realizing that clarity isn’t something someone else gives you, but it’s something you pull from the experience.

<itunes:title>Regret Ain’t My Language: How I Started Taking Control Of My Life - Episode Thirty</itunes:title>

In this episode, I’m talking about something most people wrestle with but rarely unpack - regret.

I break down the difference between short-term regret and long-term regret, and why I personally don’t carry a regretful mindset. That’s not ego - that’s clarity. When you move with intention, make peace with your decisions, and stay honest with yourself, you learn - you don’t dwell.

Most people who live with heavy regrets never took control in the first place. They let life happen to them instead of stepping up and directing it. I talk about how I flipped that narrative, how I process lessons, and how I refuse to let my past define my present.

And here’s the real flex - It’s knowing the difference between something you could’ve changed and something life just threw at you. Regret comes from inaction. But pain? Tragedy? That ain’t the same. Some moments hit outta nowhere, no signs, no warnings, and that’s when grace has to meet reality. You don’t grow by regretting the hard shit…You grow by processing it with intention.

If you’re stuck in cycles of “what if” or “I wish I had” - this one’s for you. Regret doesn’t come from failure. It comes from staying passive when you had the chance to move.

In Part 2, I go deeper, not just into the mindset, but into the actual work that’s helped me shrink imposter syndrome down. This episode is about the actions I’ve taken - putting myself out there before I felt ready, challenging the voice in my head, and proving to myself over and over that I’m really him.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning how to move even when you feel unsure. I talk about how I still check myself in the middle of doubt, how I’ve built evidence to silence it, and how every step forward makes that voice quieter.

This is for anybody tired of waiting to feel “ready.” At some point, you gotta decide to move, and let the confidence catch up later.

In this episode, I open up about my battle with Impostor Syndrome - not just in business, but with family, friends, and the pressure of constantly showing up. I’m not here to give you a packaged solution; I’m giving you what’s real.

I talk about what it felt like when Impostor Syndrome ran 80–90% of my mind and how that number dropped over time through real action, not just mindset work. From calling myself out to releasing content before I felt "ready," I break down how I’ve shifted my confidence, even as new levels bring new doubt.

This one’s not about being cured - it’s about learning how to move with it, shrink it, and show up anyway. Part Two continues the conversation on how I keep pushing myself forward in real time.

      <itunes:title>"God Got Me” Ain’t a Cop-Out - It’s a Call to Get Moving - Episode Twenty-Five</itunes:title>

In this episode, I’m diving into a phrase I hear all the time - “God’s got me.” And while I fully believe that’s true, I also believe a lot of folks are using it the wrong way.

I’m a firm believer in God. And I’d like to think the way I move, how I show up, and how I treat people reflect that. But let’s be real, saying “God got me” has become a safety net for some people to avoid dealing with hard truths or to create a false image of themselves. It becomes a way to stay comfortable, to sound deep - but never do deep.

And the truth is: you can’t skip the journey. You can’t pray away the work you refuse to do — because your life will continue to reflect that. You’ll just become another voice talking without seeing changes beyond social media performance.

I’m not looking to be perfect, never have been. Though people have tried placing that on me. That’s why I speak out loud, in real time, and fall in love with being misunderstood. Because that’s where the real growth happens, when you stop hiding behind faith and start aligning with it.

God’s got you, yes - but DO YOU got YOURSELF?

If you’ve ever used faith as a crutch instead of a compass, or you’re tired of watching people stay stuck while acting “covered,” this one’s for you. This episode is about authenticity, growth, and calling out complacency in the name of faith.

I break down how I built real confidence over time and the barriers I had to push through, especially rejection, disappointment, and the moments that made me question myself when it came to attraction and self-worth.

I learned I didn’t need to chase—my presence speaks louder than words. From intermittent to full-day to more intense stretches, each fast came with a different challenge and a different lesson.

This episode is less about rules and more about mindset. I talk about how fasting forced me to get uncomfortable, quiet the noise, and pay attention to how I was moving, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

I share how fasting helped shape the way I approach food, discipline, and even decision-making. This ain’t about being perfect - it’s about staying consistent, listening to your body, and building the kind of control most people avoid.

If you're curious about how fasting can hit different depending on how you show up mentally, this one's for you.

In this episode, I break down what that phrase means to me, beyond the cliché and the Instagram captions.

This ain’t about vision boards, surface-level goals, or starting the gym for two weeks and quitting. I’m talking about the real shift — how I went from just saying I was gonna grow to doing it. From cutting off distractions to checking myself on the regular, I’ve had to learn how to stop overpromising and start executing.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in that loop of making the same goals every year but never fully moving on them, this one’s for you. It's easy for some folks to judge on the smallest things, and these people are usually the ones with the most flaws and insecurities.

Embrace you, embrace not giving a f*ck, and embrace the person (you) that is here now to represent themselves. I might not be easy feeling misunderstood, but it sure is rewarding :)

<itunes:title>Feeling The Love In The Room Pt.2 - It's How People Show Up - Episode 49</itunes:title>

In Part 2, I talk about evolution and how relationships naturally change over time. I reflect on running into a high school classmate every few years and still feeling genuine love, even without constant proximity. This episode is about understanding that you do not have to be around people all the time to receive real love.

I also speak about a close friend in my life who is on a different path, moving at a slower pace, but who shows up with real, genuine love every time. I talk about other close friends as well, and even a recent friend who passed. This was someone I grew up with in my hometown. We were not best friends, but there was always respect, care, and love present whenever our paths crossed. That experience reminded me that how you treat people and the love you show carries much further than titles or closeness.

Friendships shift, responsibilities change, and not everyone is meant to hold the same role forever. I talk about how close friendships come with deeper responsibility, how alignment reveals itself through action, and how the level up in this season has been undeniable.

<itunes:title>Embracing My Independence While Appreciating The Isolation - Episode Forty</itunes:title>

In this episode, I talk about what it really means to embrace independence and find appreciation in isolation. I share how learning to enjoy my own company has been one of the most freeing parts of my journey and not from a place of loneliness, but from peace.

A lot of people fear being by themselves because they’ve never slowed down long enough to actually hear their own thoughts. For me, that isolation became where I found clarity, creativity, and direction.

This isn’t about being anti-social or shutting people out, but it’s about learning to stand on your own, make decisions from your own mind, and be solid within yourself. I open up about how this season of independence has made me stronger, more grounded, and more intentional about who and what I let in.

In this episode, I talk about the power of speaking positively to yourself even in moments where life or people try to test you. I share how I’ve learned to lean into self-love, affirmation, and intuition, especially when I know I’ve been showing up the right way.

I touch on a letter I received recently from someone I once had a deep connection with, and how it reminded me that when you move with genuine intention and character, respect always comes back around. I also discuss the 29 things I wrote to myself, which were reminders of who I am, what I stand for, and how I want to continue growing. This one’s about self-talk, accountability, and knowing you’re dope even when others forget to acknowledge it.

<itunes:title>Is Fasting Even That Bad? - Episode Fourteen (Part 1)</itunes:title>

In this episode, I talk about my experiences with fasting and how it’s benefited me a lot in my 20s, mentally, physically, and emotionally. If you’ve never fasted before, welcome to the tribe. But this ain’t a trend - this is real-life work.

I break down the benefits I’ve experienced firsthand, but I also call out the misinformation and fear people have around fasting. A lot of folks talk down on it without ever giving it a real shot. This episode is about clearing that up, showing how fasting helped me build discipline, and helping you see it in a new light.

Don’t wait - challenge yourself today. Your body will thank you later... but more importantly, your mindset will too.
