O desejo de conhecer o mundo e ir mais além nasceu nos bancos de uma escola com poucos recursos. </p><p>Hoje, com mais de 25 anos de trajetória entre educação, comunicação e liderança, Luís é fundador do Afroseminarium, comentador na RTP África, professor, mentor e palestrante. Mas antes de tudo isso, foi um jovem imigrante com medo de ser rejeitado por aquilo que é. That ambition to know the world was born in the classrooms of an under-resourced school, lit up by teachers who were beacons. </p><p>Today, with over 25 years of experience across education, communication, and leadership, Luis is the founder of Afroseminarium, a commentator on RTP África, professor, mentor, and speaker. But before all of that, he was a young immigrant afraid of being rejected for who he is. </p><p>In this conversation, we talk about failure, identity, communication, and what it means to put knowledge at the service of others.
