The Day's Play by Market Open, Episode covering ASX announcements for 1 July 2026.

Great Boulder Resources (GBR) completes the Peak Hill Gold Project acquisition from Westgold Resources, with a 40,000 metre RC and diamond drilling program launching in early July across a project hosting 481,000 ounces of gold in resource and more than 900,000 ounces of historical production. GBR holds 25 million dollars cash with Westgold, Franklin Templeton and L1 Capital on the register.

Duketon Mining (DKM) returns multiple shallow gold intersections at the Barlee Gold Project, with Gromit delivering 30 metres at 1.1 grams per tonne gold including 9 metres at 2.4 grams per tonne from 24 metres depth. All three prospects, Gromit, Odie and Astro, remain open in multiple directions across a 45 kilometre prospective strike.

Red Mountain Mining (RMX) confirms tungsten skarn mineralisation at surface at the Pioneer Tungsten Project in the United States, with rock chip sampling returning up to 3,159 parts per million WO3 and 10 of 30 samples exceeding 500 parts per million.

Terrain Minerals (TMX) confirms a broad clay-hosted rare earth system at Lort River near Esperance, with 25 of 35 air core holes returning mineralisation, headline results including 8 metres at 3,349 parts per million TREO, and a rare earth basket carrying around 23 percent neodymium and praseodymium.

West Cobar Metals (WC1) uses satellite spectral analysis to expand the Baxter Fluorspar target corridor in Nevada to 3 kilometres, identifying multiple new fluorite targets beyond the historical mine workings.

Godolphin Resources (GRL) advances flowsheet optimisation at Lewis Ponds, with mineralogy showing a talc pre-flotation stage could more than double lead concentrate grade from 33 percent to over 60 percent across a 1.7 million ounce gold equivalent resource.

49 Metals (49M) continues its strong maiden drilling run at Gold Mountain in Nevada, with DRC16 returning 6.1 metres at 5 grams per tonne gold and all 14 holes assayed to date delivering significant gold or silver mineralisation.

OD6 Metals (OD6) identifies a fluorine anomaly trend exceeding 8 kilometres at the Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada, with North Horseshoe Canyon soil samples reaching 31,800 parts per million fluorine.

Minrex Resources (MRR) progresses infill diamond drilling and commences metallurgical testwork at Barje in Serbia, with Ausenco managing the testwork program supported by Western Australian laboratories.

Buxton Resources (BUX) spuds maiden diamond drilling at the Madman Gold-Copper Project in the Paterson Orogen, targeting a discrete magnetic anomaly at 220 metres depth with reported geophysical similarities to the Havieron deposit.

Australian Oil Company (AOK) commences Phase 1 Surat Basin development across its Emu Apple, Riverslea and Major Gas fields in Queensland.

Echo IQ (EIQ) completes an approximately 110 million dollar institutional placement at 1.45 dollars per share for US commercial expansion
