Books like “The Secret,” “Ask and It Is Given,” and “The Art of Manifesting” have all brought the the idea of a “law of attraction” to the forefront over the last 20 years.

Theories about how it works have developed and evolved over time.

But as more and more people are tuning into their intuitive, sensitive, spiritual side (and you're likely one of those people if you're here), you might have wondered, like me, whether manifesting and asking the universe to bring you what you want is really “spiritual.”

Shouldn’t we be focusing on non-attachment, mindfulness, living in neutrality and being at peace with whatever life brings us?

I found that the reality is that we can learn to combine both ideas, to bring us what's best for our highest selves - and that’s what I’m talking about in today’s episode.
