Kelly has served under the last four U.S. presidential administrations as a Commissioner, helping shape victim-centered policy, educate government leaders, and advocate for survivors around the world. Her work has included advising on issues surrounding exploitation, human trafficking, childhood abuse, and accountability, including efforts connected to the Epstein files.
