The Big Picture is a podcast about seeing things differently.

We often think we understand people, success, leadership, reality, and even ourselves but what if we’re only seeing one small part of the picture?

Through everyday stories, philosophy, psychology, business, and personal experiences, The Big Picture explores the ideas hiding underneath ordinary life.

No complicated theories. No pretending to have all the answers.

Just curious questions, different perspectives, and conversations that might make you stop and think:

“Wait… I never looked at it that way before.”

Because sometimes, seeing the bigger picture changes everything.

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

Have a business idea but don't know where to start?

In this episode of The Big Picture, I break down three simple frameworks that can help you turn an idea into a business. We use a simple beach coffee cart example to look at:

☕ Business Model - What problem are you solving, who are you solving it for, what are you offering, and how will the business make money?

👣 Customer Journey - How does someone discover your business, decide to buy, experience your service, and eventually become a regular customer?

📣 Marketing Strategy - How can you use the 5Ps: Product, Price, Place, Promotion and People to reach the right customers and give them a reason to choose you?

The goal isn't to give you a perfect formula for starting a business. These frameworks are simply tools to help you ask better questions and see the bigger picture. If you're a business owner, thinking about starting a business, or simply interested in how businesses are built, I hope you find this conversation useful.

If you enjoyed the video, like, comment and subscribe to The Big Picture. I'd also love to hear what you think and what topics you'd like me to explore next.

#TheBigPicture #Business #Entrepreneurship #BusinessModel #CustomerJourney #MarketingStrategy #5Ps

Better at speaking. Better at handling difficult conversations.

But somewhere along the way, I realised I might have been asking the wrong question.

Instead of asking, “What do I need to become?”, I started asking, “What do I already have?”

This video is about what I discovered through my MBA leadership journey, strengths, self-awareness, purpose, practice, and the uncomfortable process of seeing yourself through other people's eyes.

Maybe becoming a better leader isn't about becoming someone else.

Maybe it's about understanding who you already are and choosing to use your strengths more intentionally.

This is part of my journey through my MBA, leadership, business, and personal growth.

What is one strength you already have that you could use more intentionally this week?

#Leadership #MBAJourney #PersonalGrowth #SelfAwareness #LeadershipJourney #TheBigPicture
