Sat, 06 Aug 2022 11:09:26 GMT

Cosima is a dear friend and huge inspiration in my life, reminding me to be my authentic self, to live by my values, and to create!

Join Cosima & I in the park as I interview her on her healing journey, how she connects and expresses her true self in a world where that isn't always encouraged, her favourite practises to connect to herself & life, her advice to potential changemakers, and so much more.

I hope you like listening to this as much as I enjoyed creating it.
