Short episodes to help you explore how to fix both the computer AND the customer.

Decades in IT. A decade in Africa. Now restoring the human side of tech support.

Vinnie’s story begins in California, where innovation was part of everyday life—his father contributed to the design of rocket nozzles for the Space Shuttle boosters. Gifted with a high IQ and high-functioning autism, Vinnie naturally gravitated toward systems, technology, and problem-solving.

Early on, he realized that success required more than technical mastery—it required connection. Over time, he intentionally developed the people skills that now define his approach.

With a career spanning decades, Vinnie has worked across diverse environments—from the American South to New York City, from inside the Beltway to roles within major media organizations. At the peak of his corporate career, he stepped away from one of the world’s largest media conglomerates to pursue something more meaningful.

Alongside his wife, Vinnie spent a decade in Africa and several years in Asia, using his skills to serve some of the world’s most vulnerable communities. That experience reshaped not only his perspective, but his purpose.

When he returned to the United States during the height of COVID, the workplace had changed. Remote work had become the norm, and with it came a noticeable loss of personal connection—especially in IT support.

Today, Vinnie is dedicated to rebuilding that connection. He brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and hard-earned emotional intelligence, helping organizations transform IT from a transactional service into a human-centered experience. His work focuses on restoring empathy, clarity, and trust—so that the people behind the technology feel supported, understood, and valued.
