1. Don’t let your emotions become your master:

Emotions are real but they are not always reliable

2. Some discomfort requires rest not warfare: sometimes the most special thing you can do is rest

3. Take your pain into Gods presence: faith is not pretending that you don’t hurt it is knowing where to take your hurt to be
