Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

In this episode, host Brent McNamara discusses the Stages of Change. In a podcast about change, this is an important discussion as change is not instantaneous nor is it linear. Beginning with the Precontemplation Stage, Brent takes the listener through Contemplation, Planning, Action and Maintenance stages. Yes, we will talk about Relapse, but we will be quick to add that relapse is not a mandatory stage in the Stages of Change.
