Life doesn’t always break loudly. Sometimes it wears you down quietly, over years, through loss, trauma, mental health struggles, and the kind of love that has to survive difficult seasons.

Standing Through It is an anonymous, reflective podcast hosted by Sage and Stone. This space was created for honest conversations about what it means to keep going when life changes you. Here, survival isn’t rushed and healing isn’t forced. Some stories are shared. Others are held gently, with care and boundaries.

Over time, this podcast may explore topics such as grief, abuse, mental health, relationships, and the lasting impact of experiences we don’t simply move on from. These conversations are approached thoughtfully and without graphic detail, honoring both the speaker and the listener.

This is not a podcast about having everything figured out. It’s about learning how to stand through uncertainty, how to stay when things are heavy, and how to make space for yourself in a world that often asks you to move on too quickly.

If you’ve lived through things that shaped you, if you carry stories you don’t always have words for, or if you’re simply trying to keep going, this space is for you. You don’t need to be healed to belong here. You just need to still be standing.

Listener discretion advised. This podcast discusses topics related to mental health, trauma, and grief in a non-graphic, reflective way.
