Once this perfect picture is completed, in many people a sense of meaninglessness arises. The picture may be complete but life still seems to be incomplete.

In this podcast Guruji Sri Vast invites us to look into the common dependency of needing another person in order to feel complete. Being a female, needing a male to feel complete, or the other way around. Guruji explains that this dependency is trained, it is part of our domestication. We have understood and created life in this way.

This Satsang invites us to rediscover the wholeness within ourselves. We are invited to expand our relationships, to expand ourselves, to expand the way we approach and include life. Not relating only with humans. Guruji reminds us that we are born on this planet, with trees, blooming flowers, frogs, rabbits, butterflies, running water – so many expressions of Life. A complete relationship is not between you and your partner but between you and Life.

Whatever we are experiencing inside of us is available for everyone, it strengthens certain collective energies and experiences. When you cultivate peace in your body, this peace will not stay within you but it will expand and radiate into the world. In this way we are taking part and giving a direction to all the experiences humanity is going through.

The Master encourages us to have a dream for the world, not only for ourselves, our family and our children, but for the whole humanity. A dream for a world in peace, where no one is treated less than another, where we don’t need to have fear, where we don’t need to fight against each other. A dream for a joyful, peaceful, harmonious world. Guruji guides us how to keep this dream not only in our mind, but how to participate with our body in this dream, with our inner experience and our thoughts, words and actions.

Fear cannot be won by further fear. Fear needs to be won by peace.

Guruji Sri Vast explains how the collective consciousness is formed by every one of us through our inner experience, by the way we sense and perceive. We can choose the kind of experience that we want to allow in our body by mastering our perception – which ultimately leads to our purpose in this life.

We learn how to see the difference between mind and body desires. What are we, as human beings, truly longing for?

It is an invitation to free from dependence and consumption and start living in our body, as we were all born whole.

Guruji shares that enlightenment is our natural, pre-domesticated state. We are born enlightened but raised unenlightened. In the enlightened state there is no separation between 'you' and 'me' perceived. Our separate identity, our borders dissolve and we experience ourselves as the whole.

Rediscovering this state within ourselves is the spiritual path.

Through the domestication that we experienced in our lives, we defined ourselves and we are trying to fulfill needs, goals and future plans which don’t necessarily belong to us but to our domesticated state.

This Teaching offers us tools to understand what we claim as ‘me', in order to free ourselves and recapture our natural way of being. A great sense of ‘I’ arises – the sense of me as the whole.

The Master speaks about how quickly we give words, names and stories to what we feel, narrowing vast experiences into familiar definitions. Sadness, joy or peace are often interpreted through a limited sense of who we think we are, while the deeper causes – our connection to humanity, nature, and the whole of life – remain unseen. The Teaching invites a deeper recognition of our interconnectedness: how collective suffering, environmental changes and the state of the world are not separate from our inner experience. What happens on the Earth also happens within us.

Through inner silence, misinterpretation falls away. Experiences are allowed to arise and dissolve naturally, without giving form or explanation. There is no need to convince, define or hold on – life is allowed to happen freshly. Mauna is revealed as a profound gift to ourselves and to others; when the necessity to interpret falls away, our experience of life remains open, alive and free.

Guruji invites us to inquire deeply: What would I like to experience within myself? If we long for peace, for freedom, for beauty, bliss and love, we are encouraged to actively bring these qualities into our lives. The Master inspires us to reflect on whether our present engagements, relationships, communications, dreams and desires are leading us to this experience.

Guruji explains how nothing will leave us, if we don’t allow new experiences to enter into us. This Satsang excerpt is an encouragement to take life into our own hands – to set our sails towards the life we wish to live.

We are reminded never to blame anyone or anything for our life situation or for whom we have become, and not to fall into justifications for why we are suffering. Guruji invites us to take every situation as an opportunity to liberate ourselves, and explains what a precious gift our inner transformation is for the whole humanity – a true contribution to the shift in human consciousness.
