We are spiritually exhausted because we are trying to run a human operating system on "Factory Mode" without ever plugging into the Charger.

We are the Anxious Generation because we are the Sleepless Generation:

• Rebel by Resting: In a hustle culture, taking a Sabbath is an act of rebellion.
• Close the Tabs: Trust God. He runs the world so you don't have to.
• Swap the Yoke: Trade it for His.

When you compare your "Behind-the-Scenes" footage with everyone else’s "Highlight Reel," you are setting yourself up for depression.

We are replacing the jealousy algorithm with learning how to stay in our own lane.

• Stop Looking Sideways: Your race is the only one that matters.
• Ignore the Analytics: Don't let numbers determine your value.
• Trust Your Specs: You are a custom build.

You hate your life when you look at others because you are looking at an edited illusion.

FOMO — The Fear Of Missing Out is actually deeper than that. It’s the Fear of Boredom.

We are the first generation that treats silence like an emergency. If the Wi-Fi goes down for 30 seconds, we act like we’re losing oxygen.

But the Hard Truth for today is: If you can't be bored, you can't be brilliant.

Boredom is not the enemy:

• Schedule the "Wilderness": Put your phone in another room for 30 minutes a day.
• Drop Your Hands: Be still.
• Choose the "One Thing": Don't let the fear of missing out on the world cause you to miss out on God.

Constant noise kills creativity.

The birthplace of creativity hides in boredom.

The "Identity Crisis" happens when we forget our Manufacturer:

Look at God to see your reflection:

• Be the Masterpiece.
• You don't need their likes; you have His love.
• You aren't who they say you are. You are who He says you are.

But here is the Hard Truth: Anxiety isn't a personality trait; it’s a signal.

It’s a check engine light telling you that something under the hood needs attention.

Being anxious doesn't mean you’re a bad Christian. It just means you’re human in a broken world.

• But you don't have to stay there.
• You aren't defined by your anxiety.
• You are defined by your Anointing.
