Two lovers open up Pandoras box and take a deep dive into their past. Topics will include the catalyst that ignited the explosion of their inevitable breakup and what destroyed them. The Soul Mates will dive into the convoluted realm of mental health, what love should actually look like, and not the fairy tale kind, because we all know that is a fantasy all in itself. We will also explore the many messy ways our minds shape relationships—and how two people can possibly rebuild from the carnage and the collateral damage that happen within toxic relationships. Can two people actually heal from the murky expectations within the confines of a relationship? We will also dive into how people come up with the blueprint of what they think a relationship should be. Do they learn it from their parents and other family members? Do they learn it from childhood cartoons, movies ant TV shows that tell you that everyone always lives happily ever after? Or in the 21st century with the internet at literally everyone's fingertips, where they search and try to learn how they should be treated, or how they should treat other people. There are many different roads that this podcast will travel down, and we will speak from our own experiences and pass on information to you that will hopefully put you on the right path that leads you to a successful relationship that works for you and your dynamic. Life is not about conforming to cookie cutter situations, it's about exploring the recipe that was given to you, and adding a bit of your own spice to it.
