She Got Good Brain is hosted my Roshonta Williams AKA The Ego Stroker. A small town country girl who is on a journey of self discovery and healing. You’re welcome to join in on the ride but buckle up because it’s going to get bumpy.

It took me quite some time to develop a voice and now that I have it, I am not going to be silent. I’m telling my story, not because it is unique, but because it is not. It is the story of many girls, especially BLACK GIRLS.

The healthier your brain, the better you're mentally able to cope with life's problems, which is why i need you to have

"GOOD BRAIN".

My mission was to create a brand geared towards Mental Health, a brand that reflected what non traditional Mental Health looked like, a brand designed to help you do the work needed internally to be the best externally.

This safe space will shine a light for those who suffer in silence, assist in maintaining an already healthy mental or ideally helping you acquire one, renew your mind, heal from trauma, break generational curses and most of all love yourself deeply.
