The loud thoughts. The quiet ones. Everything I want to say out loud but never do. I’m still figuring life out and day by day I learn something new.

This podcast is literally my brain, unfiltered — life experiences, lessons, healing, chaos, laughter, motherhood and everything in between. I want to be able to help anyone out there who may feel like they don’t have a voice or maybe they just need a laugh. And if you know me and even if you don’t there will be lots of laughs…
