In a world where almost everyone talks but nobody listens, she lends you both her ears and her microphone. Her name is Christiane Olinga or Chris. And she invites you to "Sit and Chat" with her. No judgment, no shaming, no prejudice, no laughing... Kidding, of course laughing. The goal is to have conversations designed to be meaningful to each other and any listener out there. Chris is interested in you as a person; you as a human being who faces challenges; you as someone who has learned from past experiences and wants to share; you as someone who is looking for help; or you as a simple listener curious to hear what she has to say, or you as that friend who only wants to sit and talk and laugh. Come chat with Christiane or just listen. You are welcome. Are you shy? No problem, you don't have to tell her your name. Still, Christiane would love to hear from you and talk with you. This is "Sit and Chat with Chris", the podcast where your voice is heard and listened to. A new episode is added every three weeks. (Frequency is subject to change; listeners will be notified of any change). Sit and Chat with Chris welcomes critics, comments and suggestions.

Attention: This podcast was formerly called Chat With Me. Due to name conflict the author had to rebrand it. Consequently the first few episodes will mention "Chat With Me" instead of Sit and Chat with Chris.

As a continuation of the last episode on this podcast, Christiane is joined by a dear friend and guest to talk about hope. What is hope? Do we all have it? Is it possible to lose it? If yes, how do we get it back? If we have never had it, can we build it? Hope! Such a simple word, but it's about so much. Chris and her guest, Jihane, sit together to chat about the topic. They both have refreshing thoughts on the subject. What about you?
