Over the last few years, as I’ve moved through my own healing and spiritual awakening, there have been so many moments when I’ve thought, if only I had a map.

Healing from trauma, grief, abandonment, and old patterns can feel anything but linear. We circle back. We find unexpected roadblocks. We reach trail junctions and sometimes realize the path we were following no longer feels like ours.

That experience became the inspiration for the Inner Heart Healing Road Map.

In this introductory episode, I share how the Road Map came to be, what I’ve learned through my own healing journey, and why I believe healing isn't about following someone else's directions. It's about learning how to recognize and read the landmarks, road signs, patterns, and inner wisdom along our own path.

We'll explore the three parts of the Road Map — Foundation, Fundamentals, and Freedom — and how they can help us begin to understand where we are in our healing without needing to know exactly where the road will lead.

I also pull a Tarot card for the collective, and close with a guided meditation to help you connect with your own inner road map.
