Renew is a space where faith and fitness come together to bring real transformation. Hosted by Nala Terry, this podcast is all about renewing your mind, body, and spirit through the Word of God. Each episode is inspired by Romans 12:1–2, reminding you to present your body as a living sacrifice and to be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Whether you are rebuilding, finding your way back, or stepping into something new, this is your safe space to grow, heal, and walk confidently in who God has called you to be.

In this episode, I’m sharing a personal season where God had to remind me that this body isn’t mine. It’s His temple.

As a coach, I’ve spent years helping women around the world live healthier lifestyles. But there was a time when I wasn’t living what I taught. I was preaching about honoring our bodies while secretly neglecting mine. After reaching my goals, I got comfortable, stopped being intentional, and eventually my health started to show it.

That’s when God led me to Romans 12:1, and everything changed. I realized that true worship isn’t just in the songs we sing. It’s in how we live, move, eat, and treat our bodies.

In this episode, we’ll talk about:

✨ What it really means to give your body to God as a living sacrifice.

✨ How Jesus cleansing the temple relates to how we care for our own.

✨ The difference between using your body for yourself vs. for His glory.

✨ What stewardship and self-control look like in daily life.

You only get one body! So let’s start honoring Him with it.

Reflection: Am I treating my body as mine, or as God’s temple?

Challenge: Let every meal, movement, and moment of rest be an act of worship this week.
