She served 7 years active duty in the United States Air Force as a flight medic, completing 2 tours in the Middle East and she was honorable discharged in 2000.

Jay, a Life Coach and Transformational Speaker offers a diverse perspective from knowledge gained over 36-years of military and civilian healthcare experience, clinical psychology, and clinical/ marketing research experience in drug/ medical device development.
