In Episode 15 of Re:Design/Growth, 3 of Trymata's co-founders hopped on to chat about the highlights of the first few months of the podcast: what we've learned, memorable moments, new ideas – and our own thoughts & experiences on product, UX, and growth.

So far, our guests have offered a combined 208 years of experience in the product, UX, and research fields. We've gotten an incredibly valuable look into the lessons from those 2+ centuries of experience in just under 10 hours of live conversations.

We've heard differing takes on some hot topics of the day: AI and its place in digital products, "democratization" of UX, product-led growth, and more. We've seen the way that professionals with different roles and backgrounds conceptualize what "product" even means, and how it fits into a business organization. We've talked a lot about how you make the best decisions about what to build, and when, how, and why to build it.

Listen in on this discussion of the major takeaways and big questions from our first 15 episodes of Re:Design/Growth!

-----

Episode hosted by (and featuring) Trymata co-founders Rit Gautam, Shruti Goli, and Tim Rotolo
