Welcome to the Random Layers Podcast — where every story matters.

This is more than just a podcast. This is a movement. A space for truth, resilience, and the unapologetic stories that inspire, heal, and push us forward.

I’m DaShika Hill, and here we don’t just talk — we peel back the layers. The layers that shaped entrepreneurs, visionaries, and everyday people into who they are. The layers that reveal not just where you’ve been… but where you’re going.

They stall at the moment of execution. They wait for a feeling of certainty that never comes. Confidence isn’t a prerequisite it’s a result of moving.

You don’t need another class.

You don’t need another logo.

You don’t need another month to “prepare.”

You need reps.

Marketing isn’t begging it’s informing.

Selling isn’t pressure it’s service.

Showing up isn’t arrogance it’s ownership.

Every time you hesitate, someone less prepared but more decisive steps into the space you trained for.

Read that again.

Save this as a reminder:

Opportunity doesn’t knock forever.

If you’ve been circling the door instead of opening it, today’s the day you move.
