Project Sadhana—also known as Project Archive—is a home for unfiltered, podcast-style conversations about real spiritual practice (sādhanā). I sit with seekers and teachers to explore how practice shapes our lives, heals our struggles, and points us back to the Self.

This isn’t about chasing numbers or proving truths. It’s an offering. I don’t claim to have all the answers—only a truth that works for me. Your path might look different, and that’s beautiful.

🕉️ What you’ll find:

Candid dialogues on personal practice and lived obstacles

Stories of what actually helps in daily life

Non-sectarian perspectives—from Christ to Krishna and beyond

Longform reflections, everyday insights, and gentle humor

This project began after one of the lowest points in my life. I had always been camera-shy—my vitiligo made me even more self-conscious. For years, I hid from the lens and, in a way, from myself. Then, a few months ago, something broke open. I realized that what helps me might not help everyone—and that’s exactly why these conversations matter. Each person’s process, each path, reveals a different doorway back to wholeness.

I trust the outcome to Ishvara—the intelligent order that both fashions and is this universe. If a story here belongs to someone, that same order will carry it to them.

If you feel called to share your own journey, comment or reach out— or who knows, I might just end up reaching out to you. 🙏
