What does it mean to be truly safe and secure? In Romans 8:31–34, Paul reminds us that our security is not found in circumstances or people, but in the character of God. He is for us, He has justified us, and Christ Himself is interceding for us. When life feels uncertain, we can rest in the One who holds us securely.

In Romans 8, Paul gives us three kinds of groaning: creation groans, we groan, and the Holy Spirit intercedes for us through wordless groans. What if none of that groaning is meaningless? In today’s devotional, we explore how the Spirit meets us in our weakness, praying according to the will of God even when we don’t know what to pray. God is working toward a purpose we cannot always see, and we are not forgotten. There is glory ahead.
