I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.</a></p><p>В 1952 году британский психолог Ганс Айзенк опубликовал статью на шесть страниц, которая надолго испортила настроение целой профессии. По его данным, примерно две трети людей с неврозами за пару лет выздоравливают или им становится заметно лучше - неважно, лечат их психотерапией или нет.</p><p>Прошло больше семидесяти лет. По данным большого обзора 2024 года, при депрессии симптомы хотя бы вдвое уменьшаются примерно у 42% участников исследований, получавших психотерапию, и примерно у 19% в группах сравнения.
