Orison: Be Authentic is your one-stop podcast for the everyday person who may not know how to research or ask the right questions but still wants to know what is happening. It is for the individual who wants the research broken down for them in simple language. We will discuss abuse, trauma, neglect, and the power of resilience. We will talk about psychology in general, as well as the importance of male psychology and child trauma.

Before we start, I wanted to inform you immediately that if you seek a professional podcaster to share this information, I am NOT it. I am just a human being who cares, has empathy, and wants to spread awareness based on research.

I am an Alumni Graduate of Pepperdine University. Both my undergrad and grad studies were in Psychology, not content creation or podcasting. Also, I am shy, so please be patient. I'll learn as I go. Therefore, I'd like you to expect my voice and content to be flawed because my goal is not perfection but authenticity.

Also, this is not a lifelong podcast or my full-time job. This is only my attempt to share facts I have learned on my journey, which can help you on your own. Lastly, the first episode is flawed regarding pauses, sound, and time, but who cares? Lets go!
