Welcome,

To the table where darkness meets dinner.

I am your host- storyteller, deep diver into the mind of serial killers, professional overthinker and some whos ADD occasionally decides we are taking the scenic route. Each episode, I unravel the psychology behind history's most chilling criminals while pairing the case with a featured meal that fits the mood. Because somehow, discussing murder food just makes sense.

This isn't your perfectly scripted, monotone true crime show.

My brain moves fast. Sometimes we follow a trail of evidence. Sometimes we follow a random thought that showed up uninvited. There will be rants, there will be side quests. There will absolutely be moments where I say "Wait ...what was I saying?"- and somehow it all comes back together in the end.

Along the way I spotlight things I love, new shows I am obsessed with, and a few items worth your attention. Nothing is off the table-except boring conversation.

If you like your true crime dark, your food indulgent and your host just unhinged enough to keep it interesting you are in the right place.

Grab a plate and lock the doors. Try to keep up

Lets begin!

In this episode of The unhinged dinner table we explore one of the most chilling criminal cases in modern history- the story of Pedro Lopez. Often referred to as "The Monster of the Andes" we take a closer look at his troubled early life, the crimes that spanned multiple countries and the investigation that eventually led to his capture. The episode also examines the challenges law enforcement are faced with while trying to connect disappearances across the boarders. As well as the great Adobo chicken taco recipe.

In this wildly unexpected (and darkly comedic) episode, we explore the chilling true crime story of Jeffrey Dahmer alongside a completely different kind of indulgence: garlic butter steak bites. From the psychology behind one of America’s most infamous criminals to the sizzling, savory perfection of perfectly seared steak tossed in rich garlic butter, this episode blends the macabre with mouthwatering comfort food. Equal parts unsettling and satisfying, it’s a conversation you won’t forget.
