Life gives us a lot of questions. Unfortunately, it doesn't always give us very good answers.

No Good Answer is a podcast about the things we think about but don't always talk about—the serious stuff, the ridiculous stuff, and everything somewhere in between.

I'm not a therapist, a life coach, or somebody who has it all figured out. I'm just a person asking a lot of the same questions you probably are.

Why does everyone else seem to know what they're doing? When did making friends get so hard? Why do we feel guilty for doing nothing? Are we actually happy, or just really busy?

Sometimes I'll tell you what I think. Sometimes I'll tell you what happened to me. Sometimes you'll tell me what you think.

And sometimes we'll finish exactly where we started—with no good answer.

That's okay.

Life gives us questions. Let's talk about them anyway.

In the first episode of No Good Answer, I’m asking a question I’ve wondered about more times than I can count:

Are we actually supposed to have this figured out by now?

I talk about adulthood, expectations, comparing ourselves to other people, and the strange realization that maybe everyone else is just winging it too.

I don’t have the answer.

That’s kind of the point.

Your turn: Do you feel like you have life figured out?
