In 2020, NEATS was formed by psychotherapeutic counsellors, each with decades of therapeutic experience. Their mission was clear: to help as many people as possible recover from trauma and loss associated with adoption and disrupted attachment, and to continue to empower families who have otherwise struggled to access vital services and support.

In 2022, NEATS has provided vital support to over 200 families through a dedicated team of therapists, counsellors and external specialists, from Teesside to Leeds to North Tyneside.

Now, the team at NEATS hope to achieve their mission ten-fold by sharing their knowledge and experiences with as many people as possible, in the hopes of furthering their positive impact and promoting therapeutic behaviours which will help heal and guide our existing and future generations. Love, listen and learn with us today.
